My Story
How Scentsy Became A Part Of My Life I was first introduced to Scentsy in February 2008. My daycare provider was rummaging through a basket of scents as I was dropping my children off with her. I asked her what she had there and she told me that she was hosting a Scentsy Basket Party. After she explained to me what Scentsy is, I thought "Man is that is cool!" since I had recently sworn off all candle burning in our new home after I saw how much soot was on the walls in our old home, as a result of my passion of candle burning. Scentsy was the perfect solution that I was looking for! I placed an order and about a week and a half later I received my products. I opened up the “Rustic Star” warmer that I knew would match perfectly in my new dining room and place a cube of “Cranberry Mango” in the dish of the warmer. The smell was heavenly! I could not resist taking in deep breaths of that wonderful scent. I was also attracted to the fact that I no longer need to worry about a fire caused by an unattended candle. Scentsy is the safest candle on the market today! I leave our Scentsy warmers on 24 hours a day because it is safe and because I love returning home after work each day to such welcoming scents. A few weeks later, I decided to host a basket party to earn more products for free. I was amazed at the response I received about the product and how everyone had fun while smelling the scents. After a little company research, a lot of questions to the Consultant, and contemplating the notion of how I could possibly fit one more thing into my busy life. I became Scentsy’s 6404th consultant on March 7, 2008. Each and every day I am thankful to have found this amazing opportunity. Scentsy has changed me, it has changed I contribute to my family, and I have met and become great friends with some truly amazing customers and consultants. It has now been more than 15 years that I have been a consultant. In the past 2 years, my daughter Sierra has become my partner after years of growing up with Scentsy in our home.
